The Grade 9′s have decided to make their own blogs to show their learning for their space unit.
For your first blog session, you need to try the following:
1. Your first task is to log on to your blog and choose a “theme” or what you want your blog to look like.
2. Next, you need to create a “new post” with a title and three questions that you have about space.
3. Finally, you need to create another new post with facts about the planets. Be sure to include all 8 planets and three facts about each planet. You may use your notes or p. 387-390 of your textbook.

The Grade 9′s have started their new Science unit on Space. Scientists do know some things about space, but they still have LOTS of questions. Here are some for you to think about:

Just in case you wanted to know how to write a resume, I found a website and an example resume that might be useful.
Here are some other things to think about when you write your resume:
1. Keep it short – one page should do
2. Make it clear – underline titles and make it easy to read
3. Have someone read over your resume to find any mistakes
4. Include your contact information so that an employer knows how to reach you
5. Tell them how great you are!
You need to include the following categories:
1. Name, Address, Phone Number, Email address
2. Education – where you go to school
3. Work Experience – any experience you have will do
4. Strengths – what is your character like?
5. Skills – can you use a computer for example?
On Monday, we will be continuing our journey into Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. We’ve already made it through Acts 1-3.
Your homework is to reply to this post and describe a character that we have come across so far. You need to include three things:

2. Whether they are a Montague, Capulet or neither
3. How they are important to the plot of the play so far
